I specialise in handmade individually designed wedding cakes, corporate cakes, anniversary cakes and novelty themed cakes, or a design of your specification.
A choice of delicious rich fruit cake and sponges, scrumptious flavours available include chocolate, vanilla, lemon, orange, rose petal, Baileys, vodka and many more besides!
I will be pleased to make your cake to your design, but if you need inspiration, I have a large portfolio of cake designs and press releases available.
We will deliver and set up your cake at your venue in Cornwall, for a small fee.
My business is based in Newquay, Cornwall.
I am a fully qualified City & Guilds Baker/Confectioner who specialised in cake design and decoration with 23 years experience.
I am the co-author of "A Taste of Heligan - The Best From The Bakery" which was published in 2003 during my five years as Bakery Manager at "The Lost Gardens of Heligan"
